Product Description

Upgrade your Mini Cooper S (R52/R53) with the Borla 140120 S-Type Cat-Back. This system delivers a sporty, refined exhaust tone, built from premium T-304 stainless steel, featuring dual polished tips and a center exit layout—ideal for daily driving with performance flair.

The BOR140120 is Borla’s S-Type Cat-Back exhaust system designed for the 2004–2006 Mini Cooper S Hatchback and 2005–2008 Convertible with the 1.6L supercharged engine (excluding John Cooper Works).

This system replaces the factory rear section to improve exhaust flow and response while tuning the exhaust note to a more aggressive, performance-oriented tone without being harsh. It uses mandrel-bent tubing into dual outlets, and includes mirrored polished T-304 stainless tips (≈ 3.14″) exiting from the center rear.

Built from high-quality stainless steel, it offers durability, corrosion resistance, and consistent performance. The design ensures bolt-on installation using factory hangers, and Borla backs it with their Million-Mile Warranty.
