Product Description

BD Diesel’s Xtruded Transmission Oil Cooler offers 22% more cooling than other designs. Its 200 micro-extruded passages provide a vast surface area for effective heat transfer, while turbulent oil flow ensures complete cooling. The cooler’s large 5/8-inch ports prevent inlet/outlet restriction, and furnace brazed rails withstand up to 300psi. An 80-watt, 10-inch, 800 CFM electric fan, thermostatically controlled, ensures optimal oil temperature. This setup delivers 33,930 BTU/HR and supports over 30,000 GVW. The package includes all fittings, clamps, hoses, hardware, and a DIY galvanized bracket kit for quick, clean installation. The pre-wired loomed harness with fuse and relay features OEM-style sealed connectors for a factory-like finish and protection against the elements.
